Lamb Stuffed Turkey in Crust
Turkey, Sausage stuffing (lamb, maple syrup, beer, fresh herbs, salt, spices), Jelly (cranberry, orange juice, maple syrup, water, spices), Puff pastry (flour, butter, water, salt), Brine (water, salt, brown sugar).
- Thaw meat.
- Take out of the box and plastic wrapping.
- Preheat the oven at 350° F. Place the crusted turkey in an oven-safe dish and cook in the
oven for 30 minutes (until inner temperature rises to 147° F).
- Take out of the oven, and place on a cutting board.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve
