Lamb and Duck Eggs Quiche
Here is our homemade quiche prepared with lamb and duck eggs from La Canne Blanche farm.
All proceeds from quiche sales will be donated to the Mira Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides free guide dogs and assistance dogs to people living with visual and motor disabilities as well as to youth with autism spectrum disorders.
Ingredients: Duck eggs, Pulled lamb (lamb, spices, brown sugar, salt), flour, cheeses (mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan), Milk, Water, Cream, Spinach, Bacon, Butter, Leek, Onion, Celery, Dried tomato, Spices, Salt.
- Preheat the oven at 350 F
- Place the quiche on the bottom baking rack of the oven and cook between 15 and 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
