Leg of Lamb, Lemon confit

Boneless leg, vacuum-packed in a thermo circulator for 12 hours. You just have to finish baking at home. The garnish of mustard, juniper berries and candied lemon is a perfect match with lamb!

Cooking Instructions

  • Thaw the product
  • Preheat the oven at 350 F
  • Place the leg of lamb on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the inner temperature is 147 F
  • Remove from the over
  • Let rest for 5 minutes
  • Slice and serve
