Our 100% lamb meat patties mixed with our house spice blend are the perfect combo for the grill. You will see, the smoke goes perfectly with the aromas of the meat.
Serving Size: 4 patties (125g)
- Do not thaw.
- Remove the patties from the plastic wrap.
- On the BBQ: preheat the grill over medium heat and place the patties on the surface of the grill for about 12 minutes.
- Turn halfway through cooking and continue according to the desired doneness.
- Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Cooking may vary depending on your equipment, monitor and adjust as needed.
